  1. To provide neurosurgery specialist education based on medical ethics and Pancasila, and to ensure competency in accordance with national standards.
  2. To conduct research in the field of neurosurgery, both basic and applied, to provide scientific solutions to problems in the field of neurosurgery for optimal public benefit.
  3. To provide comprehensive neurosurgery services and referrals that are oriented towards patient needs and safety, high-quality, and affordable for all levels of society.
  4. To develop professionalism, capability, and accountability in human resources and in the governance of an independent neurosurgery study program.
