Karanganyar, January 13-14, 2024 – The Neurosurgery Program at the Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University (FK UNDIP) organized its Annual Work Meeting and Family Gathering, an event for all faculty members, residents, educators, and their families.

The Annual Work Meeting and Family Gathering was initiated with the primary objective of evaluating the performance achieved in the previous year. Faculty members gathered to detail the achievements and challenges faced in educational service delivery. This evaluation served not only as a reflection but also as an initial step in planning more effective and efficient work programs for 2024. Meeting discussions also focused on innovation and improving teaching methods as an integral part of the meeting.

After the meeting, the atmosphere turned warmer with a dinner together. Faculty members, residents, educators, and their families gathered in one place, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of camaraderie. This event also served as an important moment to introduce new residents to the extended family of the Neurosurgery Specialty Program, facilitating their integration into the academic and social environment.

In the morning, the event concluded with an exciting adventure: a jeep ride through the Tawangmangu forest. Experiences were exchanged, and laughter flowed as the vehicles traversed rugged trails and breathtaking scenery.
